Worth Morgan was elected to the Memphis City Council in November of 2015.
Councilman Morgan currently serves as the Chairman of the Public Safety & Homeland Security Committee and Vice Chairman of Transportation, Public Works & General Services. As well as sitting on six other Council Committees, Worth serves on the Memphis Crime Commission, Civilian Law Enforcement Review Board, and the Pension Investment Committee.
Councilman Morgan was born and raised in Memphis and has always been an active member of the community. He graduated from Memphis University School and then attended the University of North Carolina - Chapel Hill.
Worth is the son of Musette and Allen Morgan Jr and has two sisters Kendall Rhodes and Musette Morgan.
