Contract and Budget Administration
Effectively manages City's contracts with third party organizations and supports City divisions' information technology funding needs by providing capital budget planning and procurement assistance.

The Applications team maintains and supports over 120 applications which consists of Oracle E-business Suite, Microsoft Applications, Web Services and other Legacy applications.

Manages a world-class network operation data center that houses the City's mission critical applications, communications, and e-Government initiatives.

Provide connectivity to over 200 city facilities using city-owned fiber network. We proactively monitor critical infrastructure systems and components.

Troubleshoots computer, printer and communications problems. Sets up, assembled, installs, configures, modifies, moves and/or relocates hardware/software per end users requests.

Provide organization-wide accessibility to location based data and software applications from a centralized portal. Provide accessibility to GIS data to the region with analysis capabilities via the internet.

Internet and Intranet Services
The Web Services team provides Web Design, implementation and content management for the City's Internet and Intranet websites.

The Project Management team effectively manages all of IT related projects. Works with the City's divisions to support their business processes and assist to improve these processes through technology solutions


Strategic Business Services
Supports the City divisions' short- and long-term information technology needs through effective business strategic planning, information technology budget planning, business process re-engineering and technology recommendations that address business and organizational challenges.

Technology Service Desk
The Technology Service Desk manages incoming help requests for computer, telecom, applications, and other related technology issues from end users via telephone, email and fax. Service Desk operates 24 hours, 7 days a week.

Telephone Services
The Telephone Services team supports 4600+ telephone handsets across all City divisions, leverages the data network for Voice over IP (VoIP) services. As well, they manage critical applications for telecommunications systems support.
