Need To Report Potholes, Faulty Traffic Signals, Weeds or Other Problems?
What you need to know:
For Potholes, you may contact the Division of Public Works at (901) 528-2911 to report a pothole for repair. Street Maintenance crews strive to repair pothole requests the same day if you call by noon. Or contact the City's Online Support Center.

Looking for employment with the City of Memphis?
What you need to know:
The City of Memphis offers a program called iRecruitment to assist interested parties in searching and applying for open positions within the City. You do not need to register to browse openings but will need to do so to apply for any openings.
How do I begin?
You may begin by visiting City of Memphis Career Opportunities. This page contains information, instructions and links to the iRecruitment application where you may browse for positions and register to apply for positions which interest you.

Want to Request A Public Appearance by The Mayor?
What you need to know:
Requests for proclamations should be addressed in writing to the Office of the Mayor, 125 N. Main Street, Memphis, TN 38103 or faxed to 576-6012. Please provide the name and purpose of the event and general information about the event. Please also include information (i.e. name, address, and phone number) of the person who should be contacted regarding questions and/or pick up of the proclamation. Please submit your request at least three weeks in advance of your scheduled event.

What you need to know:
The City of Memphis does not print or distribute literature regarding tourism. This function is performed by the Memphis Visitors and Convention Bureau. The MVCB has hotel, dining and activities information and can send maps to interested parties.
