  1. Open Oracle Self Service Home Page by CLICKING HERE.

    - Enter Username
    - Enter Password


  2. - CMEM Employee Self Service (Employees can view the following information)

    - Personal Information (view only) - Home
    - Payslip - Choose a payslip from drop down menu - Go (view only) - Home
    - Tax Form (view only) - Home
    - Benefits (view only) - Home
    - My Information - Employment Tab - Show/Hide    Salary Tab- Show/Hide
    - Employee W-2 - Select Organization/Year - Go


  3. - Logout

Don't have Oracle User Account?

  1. Open Register New User page by CLICKING HERE.


  2. Register New User: Search Person (Verifies that you are a City employee, key employee information)
    First Name
    Last Name
    Date of Birth (Use Format: 25-Feb-2007)
    Social Security Number (Use Format: 123-45-6789)
    - Next

    Contact the Technology Service Desk at (901) 636-6100 if there are problems.


  3. Register New User: Create User Name and Password (Make a note of these).

    User Name (Create a user name for yourself)
    Password (Create a password for yourself)
    Verify Password (Re-enter Password)
    - Next


  4. Create User Name: Review

    - Submit
    - Logout
